1. Who we are

Discover Your Path ("the Service") is operated by Olusola Soetan("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides an AI-generated career and income analysis report based on information you submit. Reports are informational and educational — they do not constitute financial, legal, career, or professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the report.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any contact details up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam;
Infringe any intellectual property or other rights;
Interfere with the security or operation of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs without permission.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, branding, and documentation of the Service are owned by Olusola Soetan or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and your generated report for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. AI-generated content

Reports are generated using AI models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for the prompts and information you provide and for how you use any output. We may filter, refuse, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
