How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team via the support channel on our website with your order reference and we'll help arrange the refund through Paddle.
How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
