• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, processes payments, subscriptions, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
• Paystack — payment processor for transactions in Nigeria.
• AI model providers — to generate your report from your quiz answers.
• Hosting, database, and analytics providers — to operate the Service.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Quiz answers and generated reports are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or anonymised. Payment records held by Paddle and Paystack are retained per their own policies and applicable law.
