Discover Your Path ("the Service") is operated by Olusola Soetan("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of data protection law, Olusola Soetan acts as the data controller of personal data processed through the Service.

- Identity & contact data (name, email, location) — to generate your report and deliver it to you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Quiz responses (your answers about goals, skills, time, income targets, etc.) — to generate your personalised report. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device, basic telemetry) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages — to respond to your queries. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing preferences — only where you opt in. Legal basis: consent.
3. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, processes payments, subscriptions, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Paystack — payment processor for transactions in Nigeria.
- AI model providers — to generate your report from your quiz answers.
- Hosting, database, and analytics providers — to operate the Service.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Quiz answers and generated reports are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or anonymised. Payment records held by Paddle and Paystack are retained per their own policies and applicable law.

- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request portability of your data;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
